You will find us at First Ave, Ravenscliffe, ST5 8QX. Our Newcastle location is managed by Laura and opens 10am–3pm, with late openings until 8pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday — ideal if you want to unwind after work.
Arriving at Ravenscliffe
Ravenscliffe has a graceful entrance hall and a comfortable lounge where you can settle in before your appointment. We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can relax rather than rush.
What happens during your treatment
After a short consultation about your scalp, hair and any sensitivities, your therapist will guide you through:
- A heated bed and gentle hair manipulation with Japanese tools
- Scalp oil, scalp and head massage and red light scalp therapy
- Scalp exfoliation, deep cleanse and hair health mask
- The flowing head waterfall experience
- Facial cleanse, mini facial massage, face mask, toner and moisturiser
- Herbal tea or water and a quick blow-dry off or plait
Evening appointments
